Working in oil, acrylic, watercolour, ink, and mixed media collage, Joanna plays with bold portraiture, expressive animal studies, graphic abstraction, and children's book illustration. Lately, her focus has been on ink and watercolour. What connects it all is her fascination with colour and her unending curiosity about the world and the creatures in it.
Her children's book illustration work is playful, warm, and alive with personality. She is currently completing her first authored and illustrated picture book. :)
